Tijuana Mexico Travel

I was in San Diego last week and one of the things I love is taking my kids on day trips to Tijuana. This was part of a larger trip to Baja California that included visits to Mexico City, San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Jose. We decided to go on a day trip to Tijuana because we noticed that the border crossing was only forty minutes away. I read about the trip and the possibility to spend some time Back in San Diego, so I was in full flow.

If you prefer to travel to other cities than Tijuana, there is a bus across the bay at the border that will take you to another city, Ensenada. During the trip you can visit various parts of the city and the Playas, a popular tourist attraction. Many people skip the playgrounds for a day trip to T Mexico, but you can also take public transportation from Taja Airport to any city in the downtown United States near the U.S.-Mexico border.

If you have just crossed from San Diego to Tijuana, it is advisable to walk, as it is so easy. If you are willing to travel and have resolved your concerns about the dangers in Mexico, consider using a Tijuana taxi for local travel.

Tijuana in general and Baja California is a place not to be missed when it comes to exploring Mexico. Ten minutes from the city is Tijuana Beach, where the sad wall that marks the border between Mexico and the United States ends at the sea. It is a great place to visit and stop off, and it is the gateway to the great nation of Mexico for all.

We continued to cross the border fence in parallel, avoiding much of the traffic jam in Tijuana and following the sign for Ensenada Cuota to Calle Internacional. At this border on the west side of the highway, there is an easy way to cross the border from Mexico to the USA on foot at the border with San Diego.

Pedestrians can cross Tijuana on the west side of Calle Internacional without crossing the San Ysidro, but only if they have a Mexican permit. Guests travelling by land and staying for more than 72 hours and staying for less than 7 days must obtain a tourist permit before embarking on land to complete the land crossing. Please present your passport for this trip and present it at the entrance of the border crossing in San Diego.

If you are going to Mexico, insurance and legal protection is highly recommended and can be purchased before you drive or cross the border. Mexican insurance, and get it from your local insurance company or from a local law enforcement agency in Tijuana. If you are coming in or out of Mexico by car, it is highly recommended to buy it before driving or crossing the border. American insurance or legal protection insurance, which can also be purchased from the local police in Mexico.

Immigration in Mexico is usually a simple process, but it should be remembered that it usually takes much longer to re-enter the United States. When you leave the US side, you are subject to the US Immigration and Customs Entry Check - at the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in Tijuana. Crossing the border by car south of Mexico can sometimes involve increased security measures to stem the flow of illegal immigrants and drug traffickers into Mexico. Travelling between the US and Mexico is easy with proper documents and insurance, and if you go no further than Taja Ensenada, you will not have any papers. After crossing the border, returning across the border and returning to the United States can often be as easy as a simple hike or bike ride.
